These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, players, streams, and related online services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Boost.FM through the Studio247 platform (“we”, “us”, or “our” where the context refers to platform infrastructure). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided for Boost.FM. Capabilities available to you depend on the features enabled for this studio, as described in the sections below.
Boost.FM operates this site. For enquiries: email support@boostfm.com
Where playlists are enabled, authorised users may upload, organise, and share media within playlist workspaces. You must only upload content you have the right to use. Boost.FM may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Shows, playlists, programs, and scheduled timeslots may be used to automate playout and broadcasting. Scheduled programming may change without notice. You must not interfere with scheduling systems or attempt to override access controls on programming you are not authorised to manage.
The scheduler lets authorised members book stream time on a shared calendar. Bookings must reflect actual intended use; do not reserve slots to block others or misrepresent who will be on air. Boost.FM may adjust or cancel bookings that conflict with programming policy or these Terms.
Now-playing and on-air views reflect automated playout and live inputs as configured. Displayed track titles, artwork, and programme names may be delayed or incomplete. Do not rely on on-air pages for rights reporting or compliance records without independent verification.
Live and automated streams are provided on an “as available” basis. Boost.FM does not guarantee uninterrupted streams, specific bitrates, or compatibility with every device or player. You must not rebroadcast, record, or redistribute streams except where expressly permitted.
An embeddable web player may be offered for listening or viewing. You must not frame, scrape, or automate access to the player in a way that imposes unreasonable load or circumvents access controls. Third-party sites that embed the player remain responsible for their own terms and notices.
News items you publish must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others. Boost.FM may edit, unpublish, or remove announcements that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Help articles and documentation may be published for studio members or the public. Content in the knowledge base is for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice unless expressly stated.
Discussion forums may allow posts and replies. You are responsible for your posts. Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing material. Boost.FM may moderate, edit, or remove posts and suspend access for violations.
Organisations group members and resources within the studio. Organisation administrators may manage membership and access according to roles assigned by the studio. You must respect organisation boundaries and not access data outside your permissions.
Direct messages are for studio-related communication between members. Do not use messaging to harass, spam, or send unlawful content. Boost.FM may review messages where required for safety, moderation, or legal compliance.
Contact requests and address-book entries must respect other members’ privacy. Do not misuse contact details for unsolicited marketing or harassment.
Profile information shown in the crew directory is controlled by members and studio settings. Only display details you are comfortable sharing publicly when the directory is published on this site.
Public application forms may collect personal and professional information for recruitment purposes. Information you submit must be accurate. Boost.FM will use application data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Media submitted to playlists may pass through a review or quality-control workflow before release. Approval decisions rest with authorised reviewers. You must not circumvent review status or publish unreleased material without permission.
Playlist file packs may be offered as bundled downloads. Packs are provided for authorised use only. You must not redistribute pack contents except as permitted by Boost.FM or applicable licences.
Taxonomy terms and tags you assign must not include offensive, misleading, or infringing labels. Boost.FM may remove or normalise labels used to circumvent access controls or abuse search.
API credentials, tokens, or webhooks must be kept confidential. You must not exceed documented rate limits or use the API to scrape, overload, or harm the Service. We may revoke credentials for misuse.
Media may be stored in S3-compatible object storage. You are responsible for the content you store and for complying with storage quotas or limits applied to the studio.
Where a white-label landing page is enabled, Boost.FM may publish studio branding, programme information, and other public sections on this domain. Published content must comply with these Terms and applicable law. We may remove or restrict public pages that violate these Terms.
Messages submitted through the public contact form are used so Boost.FM can respond. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited bulk content. We may filter or discard messages that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia sitting in New South Wales.
